Semi-Private Group Training
Our semi-private group sessions are a fantastic way to get strong and build your fitness in a community of like-minded individuals!
With a maximum of 6 individuals per session, you'll be guaranteed maximum attention from our qualified coaches to ensure you are pushing yourself to your limits, with the correct technique and appropriate weight for each exercise!
