I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER / HAVE VERY LOW FITNESS LEVELS  - ARE THE SESSIONS SUITABLE FOR MY ABILITY?

YES! All of our services - both our personal training & semi-private sessions - cater to your individual abilities. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey or have a previous injury we will work around your current status to make sure you still make progress towards your goals!

How Many Times Should I Train Per Week? How Do I Know Which Plan To Go For I.E Personal Training or Semi-Private Training?

We always recommend before signing up with us to arrange a consultation, either by dropping into our studio or over the phone! This way we can get a better understanding of your goals and your current regime. This makes it easier for us to recommend how often and which of our services would be best suited to you and your current circumstances!

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? ARE NUTRITION & MEASUREMENTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? 

YES! All of our services include a free consultation call to discuss your goals, fitness history and any questions you may have. Once you sign up nutrition, measurements and access to our online platform which includes healthy meal ideas, habit trackers and much more are all included in the price.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE GYM?

YES! Our facility has access to ample free parking within the business park so you'll never be stuck paying for parking or having to walk far from your car!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Due to the nature involved in our semi-private and personal training services spaces are extremely limited! With this in mind we have a minimum of 24 hours notice cancellation policy. Within 24 hours of your session you will still be charged in the event of a cancellation

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our gym is open Monday-Satuday! We're available for bookings from 06:00-19:00 Monday-Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturdays! All hours are subject to availability.

DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT?

YES! We accept a number of payment methods - from cash, card and bank transfer whatever is easiest for you on the day we don't mind!

WHAT DO THE SESSIONS ENTAIL? HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Our sessions will cover a wide range of exercise modes from strength-based exercises targeting the entire body, to cardiovascular training to get a sweat on and get your heart going, as well as more core-based work to ensure you develop a strong midsection! All-in-all you'll be guaranteed a great full-body workout that'll push you to your limits!
